Electricity (with a cap), water, internet, and maid service (cleaning 3 times/week, linen change 1 time/week) are included in the rent.

In May 2019, the management changed from the Anantara Group to the Dusit Thani Hotel Group.
The living room is very bright with large mirrors, white tile floors, and white walls. The counter kitchen also appears easy to use. Some rooms have a spacious balcony with a good view overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club from the windows.
There is no washing machine, but installation is negotiable for long-term contracts.
Maid service (cleaning and linen exchange) three times a week is included in the rent.
